Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing SevenGrid (the paid app or the “Pro” in-app purchase). Below you will find the full withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form. The German version is legally authoritative.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. As payment is processed through Google Play, the reimbursement is issued via Google Play.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if we have begun performance of the contract after you have

1. expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and
2. acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

Note: SevenGrid runs entirely locally on your device. The app and the “Pro” scope can be tried free of charge; paid content is unlocked only after your express purchase.
