This imprint applies to the marketing website sevengrid.app as well as to the mobile application offered under the "SevenGrid" trademark (planned distribution via the Google Play Store). The provider and contracting party for any in-app purchases, subject to the respective platform terms, is the responsible party named above.

Liability for content

As a service provider, I am responsible for my own content on these pages in accordance with § 7(1) DDG (German Digital Services Act) and general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, I am not obligated as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. If I become aware of any such infringements, I will remove this content immediately.

Dispute resolution

Notice under § 36 VSBG (German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act): I am neither willing nor obligated to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (Art. 14 ODR Regulation) was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so a mandatory link is no longer required.

Contract processing and any warranty claims for purchases made within the mobile application are governed primarily by the terms of the respective distribution platform (Google Play). For questions about billing, refunds, or the purchase flow, please contact the platform's support first.
